Estimate

Estimates, which are optional, can serve as the first step in the work order process by providing customers with a detailed breakdown of the proposed work and associated costs. Estimates can be sent via email or text message for convenient electronic approval, streamlining communication and speeding up the service process.

Work Order

The Work Orders phase is where service tasks are assigned to technicians and the actual work is performed. Jobs can range from simple tasks to complex projects, broken down into ongoing assignments carried out over a set time period—allowing for better tracking, coordination, and efficiency throughout the service process.

Invoicing

The next phase of the work order process is invoicing. The Service Module fully supports progressive billing, allowing portions of the work order to be invoiced at any time during the service process. The work order is marked as “Completed” once all job items—both parts and labor—have been finished and invoiced, ensuring accurate and flexible billing.

Sync to Accounting

Whenever work order invoices are generated, they are automatically synchronized with supported financial accounting platforms. There’s no need for manual exports—synchronization happens seamlessly and in real time, saving time and reducing the risk of errors.

Estimates and work orders can always be printed in the traditional way, but the quickest and most efficient delivery method is via email or text message. This ensures faster communication and a more convenient experience for your customers.

Technician Portal

The mobile-friendly Technician Portal makes it easy for technicians to manage their assigned work orders while out in the field performing service.

Service Dashboard

The Service Module includes a fully customizable Service Dashboard, enhanced with service-related widgets.
