Give your boaters the convenience they expect with the MARINAGO Office Pay-At-Pump solution—an innovative, mobile-friendly system that lets customers purchase fuel directly from their smartphones, 24/7. Whether staff are on-site or not, the system enables secure, real-time transactions without manual intervention. It's fully integrated with your POS and fuel controller, automatically updating dispenser status, sales records, and inventory levels.
The Pay-At-Pump fuel feature is fully mobile-ready, allowing boaters to simply scan a QR code with their phone to start the fueling process. They can then sign in to their online account or continue as a guest to complete the purchase—quick, easy, and convenient.
Fueling activity initiated through the Pay-At-Pump feature is fully integrated with the Point-of-Sale system and can be monitored by staff in real-time. Once a Pay-At-Pump transaction is completed, the payment is processed, the pump is reset to “Ready” status, and the transaction is recorded and viewable in the POS transaction list.
Upon completing a Pay-At-Pump fuel transaction, boaters are given the option to receive their sales receipt via email or text message. This convenient, paperless option ensures customers have immediate access to their transaction details—whether for personal records or reimbursement purposes. It also reduces the need for printed receipts, supporting a more eco-friendly and efficient fueling experience.
